12 week/3 month engagement

6 bi-weekly 1:1 coaching sessions

Communication, confidence, and leadership effectiveness guided by participant-created goals

Sponsorship

Designed for employer-paid or organizational sponsorship

Structure

Clear start and end, with the option to extend if appropriate

Organizational Context

This engagement is the default offering for HR partners, nonprofits, and organizations seeking structured leadership coaching support.

Engagements are tailored based on:

  • The leader’s role and scope

  • Organizational context

  • Duration and depth of support required

Most organizational engagements are designed in collaboration with HR or senior leadership and begin with a brief alignment conversation.

Nonprofit cohort-based work may be priced separately.

Pricing will be reviewed after 6–8 completed engagements.
